I inoculated my grain spawn bag with Hawaiian pan cyans spores about 7 days ago. I have seen no signs of colonization whatsoever. I just re inoculated the bag again today. Do pan cyans spores take longer to form mycelium or is something wrong do you think?

I have heard the rye berries have more residual spores (which is why the overnight soak is recommended) but could adding a little bleach to a short soak be ok? Then pressure cook normally after rinsing.

He should be running the fan on low speed. He says you need 200cfm but if running the blower fan on high after fan curve it’s pushing 365cfm . Seems like the fan is still oversized unless you use a pre filter and I’d still run the fan on low. Please correct me if I missed something

Will I have a question. I am pretty efficient in growing cubes. I got a liquid culture of ps. Cyanescens Wavy Caps. I purchased a bag of hardwood substrate and thought I could inoculate some grains and then add them to the hardwood substrate. But from what I am learning some people are saying it won't work. I'm wondering if you have any suggestions for me as I would be growing this indoors in my condo. Any suggestions or thoughts are very much appreciated.
